We are a team of passionate medical and technological innovators on a mission to improve patient treatment and outcomes with cutting-edge medical devices like the FloPatch. FloPatch is the world’s first wireless Doppler ultrasound system designed to support the clinical management of critically ill patients. The wearable sensor enables real-time functional hemodynamic monitoring for patients requiring cardiopulmonary and fluid resuscitation.
We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing digital content marketing campaigns for the Flopatch. This role will work closely with our team to develop a content strategy that supports our company's goals and objectives with a primary focus to create digital content that educates and informs customers about the benefits and features the Flopatch.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on market developments and adapt content strategy accordingly.
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
- Assist with the design and development of a variety of digital projects, monitoring their progress and impact.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns, using data to make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining the website, ensuring it is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Coordinate and manage our social media profiles, ensuring engaging and consistent content is delivered.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Optimize content for search engines and use SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, tracking their success and making improvements as needed.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with experience creating content for multiple digital platforms.
- Ability to interpret digital marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Proven experience coordinating successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Graphic design & HubSpot experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
