THE JOB


We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who's looking to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization.


Digital Marketing Analyst will harness data to unlock growth opportunities, deliver ongoing analyses, guide funnel optimizations, and bring transparency to the performance of our marketing efforts. Using data, the Digital Marketing Analyst will inform cross-functional team members about strategies, tactics, processes, and optimizations that will shape future campaigns that help deliver on organizational goals.

This position reports to the Manager, Digital Marketing.

Core Qualifications:

  • Participate in special projects as required, with responsibilities including data gathering, bespoke analysis, and the presentation of results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor overall performance trends, profile customers & develop customer segmentation - driving insights around customer behaviour to foster a strong understanding of conversion drivers and personas.
  • Assist the team in implementation of new tools, technologies, and processes which support marketing automation.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on all digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and initiatives to aid in strategic planning and progress towards MQL and Sales goals.
  • Support cross-functional teams in the coordination and documentation of initiatives related to change management for the CRM software.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
  • Design, build, maintain, and validate digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) to continuously analyze campaign performance, customer digital behavior and traffic trends.
  • Track Insights/trends/findings from CRM data and report to the marketing team upon request.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize lead scoring model in CRM software to assist Sales and Marketing to drive LEADs that support organizational revenue goals.
  • Conducting analyses to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement, optimization, and deployment of new tactics & strategies.


WHAT YOU BRING

Ideally you are a self-starter who is highly organized and can deliver against tight timelines. You thrive when working on multiple projects using your analytical skills to deliver results. Your advanced written and verbal communication skills will be used to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups and deliver excellent presentations. In addition, you bring:

  • Strategic-thinker with a data-first approach to digital marketing automation
  • CRM and Marketing Automation system knowledge is a must-have (bonus points for D365 experience)
  • Creative innovator deeply in touch with current and future marketing trends/technology
  • Project management skills
  • 2+ years digital marketing analytics experience
  • BAC/Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Business and/or Marketing focus)
  • Solution-focused problem solver with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach to work
  • A keen eye for detail, quality, and accuracy


Technical Skills (Considered an Asset/required):

  • Google Analytics
  • Power BI (data visualization)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Office & Applications Suite
  • Shopify (e-commerce)
  • HTML
  • Google Data Studio
