The Role:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, your mission will be to develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline and ensuring leads generated from extensive marketing activities are effectively delivered and converted into valuable clients.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Establish strong, collaborative, and lasting team relationships.
• Advise and contribute to in-house digital marketing programs and training initiatives.
• Provide lead generation activities and training for your team.
• Grow your own global client base and set your individual sales and pipeline quotas.
• Collaborate with leaders to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new coaches.
• Participate in scheduled training and development Zoom meetings whenever possible.
• Develop and manage your own global sales pipeline to achieve personal objectives.
• Recruit new team members and skillfully manage your team.
• Create and execute sales plans to meet and exceed your targets.
• Attend live and virtual company events to remain connected with the team.

About You:

• Exposure to and understanding of marketing qualified lead (MQL) processes.
• Proven sales skills with broad business acumen.
• Proven experience in delivering successful business development strategies at a team level with a focus on growth.
• Experience in leading and coaching teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent at building effective relationships within a global community.
• Solid understanding of social media/digital marketing and the ability to develop bespoke strategies.
• Driven to hunt for and close new sales, leading by example.
• Passionate about continuous learning for personal and professional growth.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
