This role is based at our Corporate office in Vancouver. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!


We are looking for an IT Digital Marketing Specialist (12 month contract) to lead the full lifecycle of our portfolio of consumer websites, including the collection of business, functional, and technical requirements gathering as part of the solutions delivery group. Working as a liaison for marketing and IT stakeholders, you will manage website projects of varying sizes and complexity to develop new features, implement user interface (UI) changes, set up analytics and tagging as well as integrations with marketing technologies. This is a key role in the continual sustainment and growth of Mark Anthony’s portfolio of consumer websites.


What You'll Do:


  • Create and maintain project documentation and develop training documentation and conduct training sessions as required
  • Participate in scrums, sprint planning, grooming, estimation sessions and sprint ceremonies
  • Set up and configure website tagging and analytics to measure website performance
  • Work as a scrum master and support TPO in Agile delivery
  • Provide regular updates to business teams, IT team leaders and project managers as needed
  • Act as the IT functional owner and SME of consumer websites
  • Support the Technical Product Owner (TPO) for providing context of the work related to Consumer Websites Products to all external stakeholders, especially the Digital Centre of Excellence
  • Generate testing documentation and carry out the unit, functional and integration testing of applications during project execution


What You Have:


  • Understanding of SEO in website development and content marketing
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now and MS Teams (desired)
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a Kanban, Agile, or Scrum environment (Certifications nice to have).
  • Bachelors' degree in a business or technology-related field OR Associates' degree and four years of work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for consumer websites
  • Experience with website prototyping and design tools (ex. XD, InVision, Figma)
  • Basic website edits experience using WordPress CMS (HTML, CSS) and landing page tools (ex Unbounce)
  • 3+ years’ experience working with website content administration and website redesign projects
