The kind of work you'd be doing:

MDBriefCase, a Think Research company, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital

Engagement Manager to plan, develop and execute user-focused digital marketing campaigns.

Supporting the marketing goals, you will be responsible for developing always-on campaigns

using email and other channels, reporting on performance and key metrics, and constantly

optimizing the campaign to maximize impact and efficiency.

This includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to over 200,000 subscribers
• Support website content management through posting and page editing including
• Create programmatic email campaigns optimized to online learning course registrants

• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Find opportunities to improve email templates using graphics, personalization and
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

advanced features

• Ensure emails follow industry standards and best practices
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Who you are:

• 2-3 years experience using Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement. Trailhead

Certification is a plus!

• 3 years experience as an Email marketing manager or digital marketing specialist or

similar role

• Undergraduate degree or certificate in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong project management skills
• Experience using Wordpress and Elementor
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
