Who You Are:
The Data Strategy and Operations Specialist is an essential role in delivering on the various programs required to manage the global enterprise data program and enable the data strategy.
As a part of the data and AI strategy team, the role includes translating business strategy into data and AI strategy, driving the business forward. The data and AI strategy team is responsible for innovation, ecosystems and partnerships, strategy and transformation, as well as portfolio and operations. As the team looks to identify key strategic objectives and programs, the data strategy and operations specialist will better define the business problem, work with product managers to shape products that enable a competitive advantage and establish a roadmap that enables key business KPIs. This role will also work to integrate and simplify operational insights across the global data team to provide relevant, fast, clear facts to the business to shape ongoing decisions.
This role calls for creative problem-solving, analytics, strategic thinking, connecting the dots and outstanding relationship building to partner with cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning Sanofi’s innovation agenda across various emerging technologies in data and AI, and develop new external partnerships.
• Prepare, facilitate and lead to consensus and recommendations for critical data strategy initiatives.
• Facilitate, manage and implement the design of a new operating model for data.
• Responsible for developing, operationalizing, and measuring strategies that enable Sanofi to develop unique data and AI products.
• Collaborate with several cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life both within the data team, and beyond with digital partners, global business units and global functions.
• Manage and maintain the data organizational roadmap to ensure it is on track and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization.
• Manage portfolio of programs and financial operations of multi-million dollar programs, products and projects to deliver on strategy.
• Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure Data Office priorities are delivered.
• Scale processes, build solutions and support major initiatives to launch platforms, modernize our foundations and build products.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience. Experience in management and technology consulting is an asset.

• Demonstrated techno functional data capabilities (data engineering, data science, architecture, cloud, data visualization).

• University degree in STEM related field. Masters degree is an asset.
