We are currently hiring a self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to join the team in Maple Ridge and to collaborate with team members in other offices. This role consists of hybrid administrative and customer service duties. The ideal candidate would be responsible for handling inbound telephone inquiries from customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently into customized software. The role involves administrative duties and strong software skills to conduct preliminary analysis amongst other things.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and investigating open quotes to assist with booking new jobs.
- Assisting with job scheduling.
- Create quotes and updating information and ensure proper transfer for accounting department.
- Customer Care (maintaining existing customer information).
- Help lead a data mining project to assist with booking new jobs.
- Trouble shooting items and other duties ranging from filing, corresponding with management, and coordinating with clients.
- Administrative duties include but are not limited to Excel work, scanning, order processing (product-specific, job-specific, in a timely manner).
- General Enquiries (product-specific from customers and public).
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and ERP skills required as the successful candidate will be working with SAP.
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A minimum of 1 full year of customer service, administration, or other equivalent experience
- Successful candidate will be a problem solver, with strong critical thinking skills.
