Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and respond to customer service issues.
  • Answer and direct calls as needed.
  • Coordinate special orders and planned pre-booked orders.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Coordinate the entry and release of orders to the warehouse.
  • Various administrative tasks as required.
  • Invoice & email orders, charge credit cards, advise customers of shorts.
  • Act as Liaison between our customers & sales team and warehouse & delivery teams.
  • Assign orders to the appropriate delivery route.
  • Display a high level of organization and professionalism.


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma with some post-secondary preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
