Job Description

Door Systems, a division of ASSA ABLOY, the world's largest manufacturer and installer of entrance systems is looking for aDispatcherto join our Kelowna team. This individual is key to our success by ensuring we are providing the highest level of customer service and creating efficiencies to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person

· Open and close work orders

· Acts as point of contact between project managers, sales team, technicians, and customers

· Plan and coordinate installations, service calls, and preventative maintenance programs

· Pro-actively follow up with customers regarding schedule changes

· Proven ability to multi-task under fast-paced, sometimes high-stressed environment

· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive interaction with customers, management, and teammates

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Engage in and promote Door Systems safety culture

· Work towards the goal of a positive environment and help drive a customer focused culture

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years telephone experience

· Minimum 2 years customer service experience

· Experience directing and organizing teams or projects

· Ability to multi-task and excel in fast paced environment

· Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization

· Ability to multi-task and be highly organized

· Customer service oriented

· Excellent Microsoft Excel experience required

· Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook experience

· Preference will be given to those with construction and trade related experience

Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
