Job Description
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Customer Care Rep to join our growing team.


The position is centered on providing exceptional warranty service to our Dealers, Home Builders, Contractors, and their customers by managing warranty claims that may require repairing or replacing window and door products. You will be part of a dynamic team of individuals committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.


The Typical Duties Would Include


  • Gather and assess information to make appropriate warranty determinations in a timely manner.
  • Follow Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing or Production.
  • Work with Field Technicians to determine the best approach for a long-term solution to the claim.
  • Meet a high standard of responsive by communicating all relevant information pertaining to the claim to the homeowner, builder, or dealer as required.
  • Process warranty requests according to standard operating procedures.
  • Order service parts and products required to repair windows and doors.
  • Assist Department Manager and team with departmental process improvements.

  • Must have proven problem-solving abilities and be solutions oriented.
