Title: Complaints Coordinator
Contract: 4 months with potential extension
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Your New Company
A leading Global Bank is looking to hire a Complaints Coordinator in Toronto for a 4-month contract with potential extension.
Your New Role
Be the super user of client's complaint tracker and dispatch to the appropriate line of business the complaints received. Be the spokesperson of our new bank-wide complaint tool and provide support and training via clinics and one-on-one meetings. First point of contact with internal clients for support with the complaint database and demonstrates strong client service. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding task and assignments. Perform a range of complaint intake matters including logging complaints, compiling and summarizing complaint data. Daily data entry submissions of complaints. Review complaints KPIs and ensure our complaints are handled properly and according to our requirements. Learns about the various types of complaints and understanding who can support the investigation. Provide strategic support to the Customer Experience and Complaints Team in implementing complaint procedures in accordance to our FIMs and local regulations. Maintaining and creating trackers and lists for the team. Assisting with development, preparation, and maintenance of the client's complaint procedure, brochure and website. Ensure it contains mandatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- University degree
- Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Has achieved a high level of productivity in past roles.
- Proficient in Excel – Macros
- Love to work in a fast-past environment and able to take initiatives.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
