The ResearchOps Coordinator is a specialist role focused on creating infrastructure around our customer knowledge and insights, and supporting our research tooling and execution. This role will play a foundational part in organizing and enabling customer research across the company, primarily with members of the Product and Design teams.

Insights Management

• Curate and manage repositories and systems to increase discoverability of research studies through searching, filtering and cataloging
• Coordinate research debrief sessions, workshops, and presentations to share research insights and recommendations
• Maintain and improve our centralized repository for research assets, including documents, datasets, and research insights
• Support cross-functional team members to analyze, share, and store their findings and insights
• Help teams access relevant knowledge through reviews of past research

Continuous Discovery and Research Enablement

• Help manage the general pipeline of inbound research requests from various teams across the organization, including prioritizing new and ongoing projects
• Support our continuous discovery program to ensure Wavers have frequent opportunities to understand our customers
• Oversee end-to-end coordination of continuous discovery research interviews by recruiting, scheduling, managing and compensating participants

Research Tooling and Infrastructure

• Support cross-functional team members to use our research tools, including survey tools, unmoderated testing platforms, scheduling, etc.
• Assist in managing relationships with third-party providers, such as recruitment platforms, digital rewards solutions
• Drive process improvements in research operations, including optimizing existing tools, seeking out new tools, developing and refining processes and procedures

These will help you succeed:

• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of SQL, Knowledge of Inclusive Design Research Practices
• 1+ years in the field of UX Research, ResearchOps, Library Science, Information Architecture or similar research coordination and knowledge management role
• Must be able to build rapport and communicate effectively with organizational stakeholders across multiple teams
