Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Support, the Resource Specialist, Materials Management is responsible for providing front-line support to our clients on escalated Materials management technical issues and queries using our Multiview Financial Software.

The responsibility will include, but not be limited to:

·Understanding and responding to the client’s Materials Management queries and issues to provide best solutions.

·Embracing the company culture of client obsessed and taking pride in providing the best customer service to our clients, focused on Materials Management.

·Supporting the roll-out of new product releases and training to our client.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player, who effectively engages with our clients and has a prior hands-on work experience within Materials Management (Warehouse/Distribution center/ Supply Chain management) championing operational tasks execution (shipping/ receiving/ processing/ picking/ staging/ planning/inventory management etc.)

The Resources Specialist, Materials management is viewed as a subject matter expert who can advise and recommend new strategies and best practices as it pertains to Materials Management support inquires and overall support to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·Understand and provide quality support to our clients, and internal teams (Client Support, Professional Services, and Client Success), focused on Materials Management.

·Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot client inquiries related to Materials Management to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve quality results and high client satisfaction using Multiview Financial Software and services.

·Manage all correspondence with the clients and all stakeholders in the helpdesk ticketing system.

·Manage multiple support channels, including but not limited to phone and email.

·Support the roll-out of new product releases to Multiview’s client.

·Effectively document support incidents and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed.

·Proactively assist the team to help grow our Materials Management knowledge base through development of impactful documents, videos and how to guides that enhances the learning and knowledge transfer.

·Champion the Multiview Financial software and services through training and continuous learning.

·Demonstrate Multiview’s core values, building, and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience Level: 2-5 years of Materials Management
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills are needed as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with Materials Management, working in a distribution center or a warehouse (i.e., shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, quality etc.)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with Accounting is considered and asset.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision
  • A University Degree or College Diploma with a major in Accounting, Commerce, or relevant experience
  • Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach your fullest potential
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all employees and clients in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills; self-starter with experience in client-facing situations
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building, and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients
  • Passion for client success, technology, and/or software

WHAT WOULD WE LOVE TO SEE?

  • Prior experience working in the SaaS/Software industry.
  • 1+ years of Multiview Financial product or Enterprise software experience is considered an asset.
