Procurement Analyst - Materials Management

Our Montreal based client is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 1 year contract, plus extensions, starting ASAP. They prefer the candidate to work 1-2 days onsite in downtown Montreal. They also prefer a bilingual candidate. The rate range for this role is 30-45/hr.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong SAP navigation and data capture skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; pivot tables, V-look up, formulas etc.

• Extensive work experience in inventory, materials management, sound knowledge of material standards and specifications in mining or related industries

• Relevant qualification in Materials Management e.g., APICS certification would be highly regarded • Sound proficiency in both English and French languages

• Ability to communicate professionally and succinctly (verbally and written)

• The ability to work under pressure and to meet aggressive deadlines

• Ability to communicate in a professional, succinct and clear fashion with all stakeholders

• Strong collaboration skills

• An ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter i.e., proactive, highly organised & dependable

• A proven track record of being a real and genuine team player and supporting colleagues
