The CFO will direct and manage the company's financial planning and budget management functions. In this role, the CFO will oversee the financial operations, manage the investment strategies, and provide strategic financial input to senior management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with indigenous communities, demonstrating an ability to respect, understand, and adhere to local customs, traditions, and rights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with indigenous communities, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and respecting their rights, culture, and traditions.
• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to ensure the integrity of the company's financial data.
• Monitor, analyze, and present financial reports (income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statements) to the board of directors.
• Oversee and manage the company’s budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with local communities to create initiatives that promote economic development and sustainability.
• Ensure the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance.

Qualifications:

• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in working with indigenous communities.
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the oil field services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in corporate governance and general management best practices.
