⚡ Chief Operations Officer

🌎 Remote - Canada (US candidates will be considered but must work Mountain or Central time zones)

💰 $200k - $250k base + bonus & equity

This company is a leader in Intelligent EV charging and Energy Management Systems (EMS), and specialize in multi-unit residential properties.

They are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their dynamic electric vehicle (EV) company. As the COO, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the operational strategy of our organization, with a focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all aspects of our EV business.


No prior experience as a COO is required, however, the successful candidate will be very comfortable with people management and customer success/support.

Responsibilities

  • Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
  • Support the roll-out thousands of new chargers products being deployed across Canada and the US.
  • Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations, including purchasing and logistics.


Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience in customer success and support.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Passion for the electric vehicle industry and commitment to sustainable transportation.
  • Experience integrating operations during acquisitions
