TRIKA Financials Inc. is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Communications and Sales Assistant. We are looking for someone who shares our passion to deliver compassionate, professional, respectful care to our customers. And to enhance business visibility and build strong online presence through social media platforms. To handle inbound & outbound client communication through emails, telephone & social media platforms. Use of CRM to Input data into CRM databases and other templates using Microsoft Office and other software’s and other administrative tasks, as required. Strict confidentiality with respect to client’s financial status and other personal information as this role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment. To join our team we need strong analytical, time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully & excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will develop a range of skills, including client service, teamwork, communication, digital skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Canva), leadership, and analytical skills. Eligibility: This position is a part of Canada Summer Jobs, a program of the Government of Canada. To be eligible for this position, the candidate must:
•be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment.
•be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment**; and,
•have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
