CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be helping the recruiting team drive high-caliber Diversity and Inclusion candidates for our clients in North America.
The primary focus of the role will be to identify, attract and hire the most talented professionals at a variety of levels across Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In addition to helping the team generate monthly revenue.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
RECRUITER ASSISTANT
- Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Full Cycle Recruitment, which includes, reviewing resumes, interviewing, background checks, etc…
- Conduct exit interviews on terminated employees.
- Proactively improving performance through coaching and feedback provided by management, as well as providing feedback to improve marketing efforts to increase lead generation and conversion
- Surpassing the minimum expectation of 80K a month for team production.
- Delivering recruiting training to the recruiting team. Your job is to influence them within one hour to take action and achieve daily results.
- Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and provincial laws regarding employment practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs.
- Managing all admin associated with sales (i.e.- signed agreements, sending appropriate communications to clientele, referrals, etc.)
- Taking an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads, setting your own appointments, generating referrals, managing your desk, and building your clients/candidates pipeline.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- Assist CEO with administrative duties as needed.

EXPERIENCE
- Recruiting Experience
- Must have a proven sales track record
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year as a recruiter
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must have a car and proper driving licence.
- Minimum 1 years as an executive assistant
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks;
***This position is located in Ottawa. Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.***
