Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute employment offers, contracts, and other HR-related documents
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases and systems
  • Support employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating necessary documentation
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and goal-setting activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR team members to organize employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct initial screenings and background checks to ensure a qualified pool of candidates
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork completion, orientation, and training logistics
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
