What You Will Do
Ericsson's North American Strategic and Commercial Management department supports the creation and delivery of sales proposals to current and potential customers across North America. Sales proposals play a crucial role in the sales process to secure new business.
The Bid and Proposal Coordinator Co-op position provides the opportunity to work closely with North American commercial management team to create these proposals.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Bid and Proposal Coordinator Co-op will:

• Gain exposure to new and emerging telecommunications technology.
• Work closely with proposal managers in Canada and the United States
• Participate in proposal review meetings to determine proposal strategies and sales objectives
• Support to produce and format proposal documents to customers.

• Computer skills:
• Talent for working efficiently on multiple projects in a stressful, deadline-driven environment
• The ability to anticipate needs and set goals to meet very short deadlines
• Strong command of the English language with superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Organizational/Multi-tasking skills:
