C&A Group is looking for a Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team of engineering, manufacturing and construction professionals in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Position Summary:
This is a full-time, permanent position within our company working 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Starting wage will range from $75,000 -$90,000+ depending on experience and education levels. Required Estimator/Project Manager Expertise

• Journeyman / Red Seal Plumbing Certification.
• Complete detailed and accurate project/construction estimates and proposals to suit customer requirements. Includes materials, labor, and site.
• Project schedule creation, management, and reporting.
• Project Management Certificate - PMP - Considered an Asset.
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Canada.
• Provide outstanding technical and professional customer service suited to each project and customer.
• Leadership for effectively managing shop construction/field installation teams.
• Project contract, budget, schedule.
• Class 5 Driver’s license – Drivers Abstract Recommended.
• Self-Motivated and Goal Oriented.
• Quality and Safety conscious attitude.
• Strong Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, teamwork, and team development.
• Excellent Verbal Communication & Writing Skills.
• Operate and Utilize 2D/3D CAD for Idea Development or Customer Information Review.
