Required Skills:

• Good Experience in Payments Modernization: MX Adoption

• SWIFT, payments, and wires experience needed

• Wealth Management experience will be strong assets

• Strong system and impact analysis skills

• Excellent leadership skills

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Excellent requirements elicitation

• Good communication, facilitation, stakeholder management Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs BA Tasks:

• Take over and complete the requirements

• Support Dev and QA teams as they interpret the requirements and build the solution

• UAT management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Currently, the SWIFT industry uses MT message format to send wire payments. In future, the industry will adopt MX message format for these payments. All the FIs are required to upgrade their systems to receive and send the wire payments as per the new industry standards.

• Need to do analysis of the current state on how the BESS system segregates and pushes Wealth Management and Capital Markets incoming wires to cash control

• Determine impacts and solutions Build the APIs to retrieve the incoming wires for WM and CM business

• Lots of stakeholders and SMEs to interact with Project is underway and we need a BA to support development, QA, and implementation BA Requirements
