Introduction
As a Brand Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with owning the performance of one or more key brands, including improving the overall performance of all customers operating the brand(s). Using a comprehensive set of performance data, you will monitor and analyze the brand’s performance to recommend actions to improve brand profitability, longevity and scalability.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - INFLUENCING RESTAURANT OPERATORS
This role brings with it a diverse and changing group of customers: restaurant operators. To be successful, you will need a clear understanding of the value Future Foods provides to all our customers, and the ability to use your prioritization and engagement skills to influence operator behavior and improve outcomes.
PROCESS & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
You’ll be tasked with delivering KPI & metrics performance for a given brand or brands, and will be expected to use industry best-practices to diagnose underlying issues, design & propose scalable new solutions, and execute flawlessly.
ANALYTICS & DATA
We’re a company built on unlocking the true potential of data, and this role is no exception! You will need to be comfortable analyzing raw data to understand the problems you’re solving, processing the data into actionable insights for the business, and using quantitative data to measure the success and impact of your projects & initiatives. Expertise in Google Sheets/ Excel is highly advantageous, and SQL ability is also valuable (but we can always teach you SQL!)
Key Responsibilities
- Share insights with internal stakeholders to improve product offering
- Partner cross-functionally with the Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, and Product teams to lead growth & onboarding initiatives
- Report regularly on key performance KPIs to an internal & external audience
- Work directly with the Brand team to implement improvements & concepts for brands
- Optimize all brand locations, learning from marketplace performance and operator behavior
- Monitor brand’s performance by operator
- Learn, implement and educate on best practices across all brand operators
- Educate and train partners and internal stakeholders on new tools & processes
- Continuously improve current processes to improve key business KPIs
- Work closely with the marketplace team to implement and monitor marketing strategies
- Closely collaborate with the Global Innovation & Business Development teams to operationalise new deals and initiatives with key strategic partners

Skills - bonus
- SQL proficiency* (not essential)

- Food / Grocery Delivery, POS, D2C experience (restaurant tech)
Core Requirements
- Experience at a tech / SaaS startup (highly advantageous)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/ Excel
- 1-4 years relevant work experience in B2B Ops/Sales/CS/BD
Extra Scoop
- Ideal profile balances: (1) Ops skillset to scalably diagnose & solve problems, with experience performing data analysis & implementing new processes, and (2) proven ability to engage directly with customers and work cross-functionally to surface, own, and solve partner pain points. A strong understanding of value & business acumen will be key, but if they’re willing to learn we can hone those skills.
