Primary Responsibilities of the Benefits Representative Role:

• Develop and continually improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence
• Serve as the key liaison between producers, customers, and the company to drive sales goals and personal success
• Effectively utilize the full range of resources we provide to meet clients’ needs

This position is fully remote and full-time, and we're ready to interview this week.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get client approved for coverage
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Inbound and outbound calling, no cold-calling
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
