Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual who is hungry to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The person should have an eye for detail with strong analytical skills to conduct research that contribute towards strategy, creative spark to prepare effective communication materials, and strong stakeholder management skills to ensure that strategy is converted to execution. The Associate, Strategy & Operations will be working with various stakeholders from different departments and business units in executing strategic priorities, owning critical analysis and reporting responsibilities. You will run key analysis to support strategic planning and help the leadership solve some of the most complex and ambiguous challenges.

What Will You Do?

• Ideate, build and deliver analysis combining data sets as well as non-data driven findings
• Support the implementation of operating playbooks, and support the organization by owning various operational elements
• Develop a deep understanding of each portfolio company’s operations, revenue model, and its underlying drivers
• Compile and analyze business results on a regular basis, forming opinions on performance and providing commentary and insights to stakeholders
• Work with different stakeholders within & outside of portfolio companies to resolve barriers to the teams and projects, including regular reports, risks, and mitigations
• Refine, streamline and operationalize project plans, communication and assist in tracking progress, resources etc. to drive key objectives and deliver ambitious outcomes
• Special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required, including support with due diligence on new acquisitions

• Experience in showing ownership in finding the root cause of problems as they come up and being able to develop solutions from a problem statement
• Track record of showing sharp judgement and maturity, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members at all levels
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders in a logical and empathic manner
• Experience on working on projects that require structured problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy or similar roles
