What you’ll be doing


The Associate Processor, Operations Management is responsible for receiving, sorting and verifying incoming items to ensure accuracy, and processing and dispatching them to appropriate areas for further processing. The role is accountable for processing transactions of a non-financial or routine financial nature, assisting in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, ordering stationery and dispatching supplies. The Associate Processor makes routine decisions that are subject to approval, escalating issues in a timely manner that require further analysis or investigation. The role regularly contributes useful ideas for their own work area, assisting the management team by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.As a member of CIBC’s Retail Operations team, you’ll work in a fast-paced back-office operational environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. You’ll use your processing experience to contribute to multiple processes on a number of different operating systems that directly impact our clients. As a Processing Clerk, you’ll participate with your team to solve issues and ensure procedures are followed.

Hours of work - 5:00pm - 1:00am You’re flexible to work our processing centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.
