Assistant Store Managers are responsible for all operations throughout the store, which includes maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing a first-class customer service experience, and developing their people
Assistant Logistics and Fleet Manager at the Contractor Supply Store is responsible for all operations within a section of the facility, including management of the dispatch and shipping department, the delivery fleet, delivering financial results and developing their people. Long term career growth is available through Kent as well as J.D. Irving, Limited of which Kent is a division.
Typical career steps are to work in process improvement, purchasing or to become a store manager.

What you bring:

• 5 years retail management experience
• Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)
• Flexible schedule based on retail needs
• Openness to continuous improvement and responsibility for independent learning
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills
