Job Description

The Junior sales Rep. is expected to represent the company to customers and potential customers in the highest professional manner possible and to perform the following significant tasks, but not limit themselves to the items listed below.

  • Prospect both new and existing customers to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to “multi-task” and problem-solve.
  • Follow up on calls and quoting for customers as directed by the sales manager.
  • Staying up to date with changes and developments in the Aerospace/ manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests, always in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels in the company.
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Attend trade shows and work sales booth when required, with the intention of booking meetings and advertising.
  • Create and maintain strong partnerships with our existing customers.
  • Must have own vehicle and a Valid Driver’s License.
  • Contribute positively to the sales team through communication and sharing.
  • A quick learner and extremely adaptive to changing work priorities.
  • Deliver increased sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management, customer service, and negotiations of contracts.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Communication i.e., emails, phone calls to provide customer service, information, and quotations.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Avion products, processes, and operations.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to professionally represent the company.
  • Maintain and fully oversea the CRM, expense reports, and sales reports.
  • Establish a thorough understanding of Avion products and or capabilities (what we offer).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Review project specifications to create proposals and quotations for projects. Get quotes from quote team, present to customers, seek PO, liaise to internal engineering/panning team.
  • Work closely with the sale manager to meet Avions objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist with implementing business plans and effectively present them to facilitate the sale of our products.
  • Strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls and electronic correspondences with the capability of understanding customer pain points, product requirements, and identifying potential add on sales opportunities.
