Prepare and manage timelines of assigned quotation requests

2-3 years' Experience working in a customer service role or equivalent.

Experience in the Chemical industry would be an asset.

Identify products requested by customers in TRC catalogue by having an in depth of product specifications.

Deliver increased sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management, customer service, and negotiations of contracts.

Establish a thorough understanding of Avion products and or capabilities (what we offer).

Follow up on calls and quoting for customers as directed by the sales manager.

Work closely with the sale manager to meet Avions objectives.

Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Significant experience with deviation or investigation management processes, reports and systems.

Use Quality Risk Management and Operational Excellence principles to facilitate risk-based decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and eliminate waste.

Staying current with industry trends and standards and participating in best practice forums consistent with function responsibilities.

Have strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills.

Have experience navigating a controlled quality system.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels

Good understanding of integrated management system principles, ISO9001 / ISO14001.

Manages the MRB process for plant related material dispositions.

Manage the internal audit program and lead audits

5 or more years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment with electro/mechanical products.

In depth working knowledge of 8D methodologies, establishing root cause and corrective actions.

Experience with Surface-mount technology and PCBA production/testing.

Previous experience managing ISO9001 certification.

Working knowledge and experience in Internal Auditing.

Working knowledge and experience using lean tools.

$70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience/knowledge)

40% hands on shop/floor & 60% office/acting as a liaison between production and management

Manage and maintain the calibration of equipment through the calibration log.

Design parts for additive manufacturing and slice geometries based on the functional requirements outlined by clients

Act as a project manager and own numerous concurrent projects with varying priority, scope, and complexity

Experience in additive manufacturing using fused filament fabrication 3D printing

Experience with any open 3D printing Slicers: SuperSlicer/PrusaSlicer, Cura or Simplify3D

Experience with CAD software such as Solidworks or Fusion 360 is an asset

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Must be available to work overtime as requested by management in order to meet business needs.

Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certification.

Offer suggestions on improvement of processes and methods.

Post-secondary education, preferably in a technical/science discipline.

3+ years of industry experience working in Program Management;

Good management of priorities and able to manage several projects in parallel;

Experience with product lifecycle beginning with NPI;
