Job Purpose

As a Quoting Associate, you will be responsible for completing quotation requests in a professional, accurate and timely manner to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Input quotations in database: including Customer Profile, pricing, availability, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and shipping requirements
• Identify products requested by customers in TRC catalogue by having an in depth of product specifications.
• Prepare all quotes for products in TRC catalogue
• Collaborate with marketing to support the executions for promotions and campaigns.
• Follow up with quote requests
• Prepare and manage timelines of assigned quotation requests

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, Business or related discipline

Experience

• 2-3 years' Experience working in a customer service role or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in the Chemical industry would be an asset.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office programs and FileMaker Pro, Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, time management, and presentation skills
