Quoting And Sales Assistant Jobs

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, time management, and presentation skills

Input quotations in database: including Customer Profile, pricing, availability, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and shipping requirements

Prepare and manage timelines of assigned quotation requests

2-3 years' Experience working in a customer service role or equivalent.

Experience in the Chemical industry would be an asset.

Identify products requested by customers in TRC catalogue by having an in depth of product specifications.

Deliver increased sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management, customer service, and negotiations of contracts.

Establish a thorough understanding of Avion products and or capabilities (what we offer).

Follow up on calls and quoting for customers as directed by the sales manager.

Work closely with the sale manager to meet Avions objectives.

Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
