The Role:
Individuals in this position are committed to providing an exceptional level of business to business (B2B) Sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions that differentiate ACB Services in the marketplace.
Your job requirements
- Leverage Sales technology and business resources to provide end to end Sales consultative services
- Develop new business, grow account portfolio, and retain customer accounts to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory
- Develop new and grow existing client-base by identifying growth points such as new lanes and quoting rates for these lanes
- Source and contact passive candidates online
- Build and grow relations within portfolio through customer engagement and proactive communication.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and propose results-oriented solutions.
- Present business model and information to prospective clients.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and ability to manage and maintain profitable margins
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided
- Evaluate customer business needs and analyze market trends to develop customer centric service solutions
- Reviewing and screening submitted applications
- Keeping good relationship with client.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to optimize performance and career growth
- Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of SOPs, KPIs and other account specific metrics.
- Development of new recruitment ideas and strategies
- Partner with Management and the Operations Department to build programs and solutions to present to customers
- Attend industry events to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
- Create a business Area Zone every week to meet in person
- Achieve growth goals assigned through cold calling, customer meetings and customer presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have Solid prior portfolio of clients to reach.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (Reference Checks, Criminal Record Search)
- University or college degree/diploma
- Valid driver's license with a “clean” driving record (including: no single DUI in the last 3 years and no multiple DUIs within the last 7 years)
- Strong communication skills
- 4 or more years sales experience
- Tech savvy
