Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team at AC Properties and Home Maintenance. As an integral member of our organization, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and a keen attention to detail. *We have openings for 2 part-time and 1 full-time position holders for this role.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant at AC Properties and Home Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other team members.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Conducting research and gathering relevant information as required.
- Performing other duties as required.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Fluency and excellent proficiency in the English language (both written and oral).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in finances or property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Hours:
Part-Time Positions:
1. Morning Shift (9 am to 3 pm):
We are seeking individuals available for the morning shift from 9 am to 3 pm. Candidates who can also work on Saturdays will be given preference. Time flexibility is considered a valuable asset.
2. Evening Shift (3 pm to 9 pm):
We are also looking for candidates available for the evening shift from 3 pm to 9 pm. Applicants who demonstrate flexibility in working weekend shifts will be given priority.
*Both part-time positions may require occasional hours exceeding 20 hours per week.
Full-Time Position:
Candidates applying for full-time positions must have open availability. It may be required to work during mornings or evenings. with a preference for the 3 pm to 9 pm time frame. Flexibility to work on weekends will be considered an advantage.
Compensation:
"The remuneration for the full-time position is $16.50 per hour, while the part-time positions offer a rate of $15.50 per hour."
