Job Type: Contract


Contract Our client, a not for profit in the Toronto area, is looking for a Finance Assistant to help with their billing and accounts receivable. In this role the Finance Assistant will create invoices and follow up on billings as well as apply payments received against outstanding invoices including corresponding journal entries and prepare accounts receivable aging and other reporting.


This role is in the office daily.


To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;


  • Good Excel skills - Formulas and VLOOKUPs
  • Previous experience in a Not for Profit environment
  • 2+ years minimum experience in Accounts Receivable and Billings
  • Good communication skills
