About Us:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining healthy financial relationships with our clients while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts to ensure prompt collections and resolve outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute monthly AR reports to management.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have Canadian work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
• Preferred applicants must be residents of Winnipeg
