Contract to Permanent Hire

Your new company:

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a well-known real estate firm with operations in Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months to start, which has a strong possibility of becoming permanent. You will be working 8am-4:30p, Monday – Friday.

Your new role:

As the invoice administrator you will support the accounting team with their invoicing and coding through Yardi, updating vendor records, drafting POs, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, as well as collecting reviewing and closing out project reports.

What you need to succeed:

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years of experience within a similar high volume invoicing support role, intermediate to advanced excel skills, as well as prior experience with Yardi would be considered an asset.
