Monitors all Front End associates ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks as well as providing assistance to outlying registers.

Provides training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, i.e., scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, safety.

Ensures all EAS systems are functioning to standard, i.e. Cashiers deactivating, Greeters handling issues appropriately, completing “Failure to Deactivate” Logs.

Oversees and promotes all company sponsor programs and initiatives, i.e., credit card service, Walmart protection plan, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

Minimum five (5) years’ related management experience

Sound organizational, analytical, problem solving, project management, presentation, and business/technical writing and customer service skills

Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and possess good time management skills

Proven financial and project management skills related to capital planning, design, procurement and construction

To be accountable for the management of the human, physical and financial resources of the municipal drains

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Manage, maintain, and execute the Food Safety Management Systems of the NFGA and NCC and their related SOPs

Report to the organizations’ top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system.

Experience in certification of quality control and food safety programs is a strong advantage.

Four year University degree in a related discipline (Health Education / Health Promotion / Sciences), or equivalent

Licensed/ticketed trade experience is an asset

Plan, organize, supervise and control planned, shift operations,equipment repairs and improvements.

Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
