Job Description
Are you passionate about working in a Cannabis farm? Do you have farming/agricultural experience? TalentWorld is recruiting multiple Farm Workers in Simcoe, ON. As a Farm worker, you are responsible for executing sanitation, harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and packaging tasks throughout the facility pursuant to relevant Standard Operating Procedures.

Farm Worker Responsibilities


  • Responsible for accurately completing documentation
  • Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures related to the tasks
  • Working with harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and packaging machinery
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Cannabis waste collection and destruction
  • Post-harvest breakdown and clean-up


Farm Worker Qualifications


  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working in greenhouse or agricultural experience is an asset
  • Previous post-harvest experience is an asset
  • Basic math skills


Employment Details


  • Location: Simcoe, ON
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - 10-12hrs shifts
  • Job Status: Temporary
