Overview A Senior Service Desk Specialist is a customer service professional who provides technical support to customers and employees. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and responding to customer inquiries. They may also be responsible for providing training to new users and maintaining the service desk system. Detailed Job Description A Senior Service Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers and employees. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and responding to customer inquiries. They must be able to identify and diagnose problems quickly and accurately, and provide solutions in a timely manner. They must also be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, they must be able to provide training to new users and maintain the service desk system. • Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Experience with customer service software and ticketing systems
• Experience with remote access tools

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical advice and support to customers and employees
