- Provide first level technical assistance to internal clinic and administrative staff
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of incidents to Technical Support Team
- Triage, diagnose, and identify application, hardware, and/or network issues
- Document all request details and incident troubleshooting in the ticket management system
- Respond to IT requests and incidents through various channels
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT related issues for multiple locations and business units
- Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundations Certification and ComTIA IT Fundamentals are an asset
- Experience with IT service management systems
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT tools including Windows 10, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, and Google Chrome
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
