Job Responsibilities


  • Provide guidance and fulfill basic IT administration requests
  • Provide first level technical assistance to internal clinic and administrative staff
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of incidents to Technical Support Team
  • Triage, diagnose, and identify application, hardware, and/or network issues
  • Document all request details and incident troubleshooting in the ticket management system
  • Respond to IT requests and incidents through various channels
  • Serve as the primary contact for all IT related issues for multiple locations and business units


Required Skills And Knowledge


  • Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundations Certification and ComTIA IT Fundamentals are an asset
  • Experience with IT service management systems
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT tools including Windows 10, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, and Google Chrome
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
