We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, your mission will be to enhance the user experience by providing high-level service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the management of access requests in accordance with our security policies.
  • Contribute to the incident management process by detecting, categorizing, and resolving issues.
  • Respond to customer requests, research them, and efficiently resolve them.
  • Record all interactions with customers in our ticket management system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls related to IT support.
  • Analyze trends in IT support activities (requests, incidents, etc.). Collaborate with team members and clients to find technical solutions.
  • Initiate change management processes for hardware, software, and other IT assets.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: excellent proficiency in both English and professional French.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Office365 (O365).
  • 1-3 years of project management experience with Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SCCM/Intune, Jira, PowerShell, and Azure AD would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
