Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor Jobs

Previous working experience and knowledge of an MRP or ERP.

Knowledge and experience in Access, Project software, Auto Cad, and Pro.

3 or more years’ experience in at least one of the following manufacturing processes: Weld, Paint or Assembly.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading, managing, and training of junior employees.

2 or more years of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience

Experience participating and leading Continuous Improvement activities.

3-5 years minimum experience in a similar Production Management role

Management experience in CNC shop is ideal

College or University degree in Production Management, Plant Management, Business Admin, Business Management, etc.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility

Liaises with other departments to ensure that all plants expectations are met.

Oversee the personnel in designing, programming, quoting, scheduling and setting up of jobs.

3-5 years minimum experience in a similar Production Management role

Responsible to lead continuous improvement teams and/or Kaizen events

Responsible to investigate assembly and manufacturing related problems and ensure the problem is resolved.

Proven leadership experience leading and managing a team, including coaching and developing staff, performance management, and training

Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Procurement teams to ensure necessary supplies are available to meet production schedule.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant discipline

10 years management experience with over 30 employees.

Assist Production Manager in improving systems for production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.

Understand, comply, and enforce all safety rules and policies along with all PPE requirements at all times.

Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED with two years of related leadership experience in manufacturing.

Electrical or mechanical trade certificate with 10 years minimum experience manufacturing oil field equipment.
