Manufacturing Supervisor Jobs

At Dupar Controls the Production Supervisor has many responsibilities, the major one is to ensure the manufacturing processes remain smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff.The successful candidate will direct, train, coach and provide necessary support for the manufacturing staff.

Regular duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing staff on the use of equipment and resources
• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation staff.
• Ensures operating of equipment by arranging repair work or replacement of tools and supplies
• Maintains staff by assisting in the recruitment process; selecting, orienting, and training staff; developing personal growth opportunities
• Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
• Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
