Minimum 5 years of recent management experience in a locomotive environment

Work with Senior Management to ensure successful operations of department.

Works collaboratively with Human Resources on employee and labour relations matter including investigations, discipline, attendance, conduct and performance management.

Manage internal and external locomotive overhauls including overseeing work processes.

Skill to document findings and data, clearly, concisely, and accurately

Leadership qualities and time management skills

Follow and comply with Cube Management System (CMS)

Work closely with planning to carry out the schedule and oversee time management of all staff

Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Degree/Diploma and/or the equivalent of education plus work experience
