Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, workshops, tools, and curricula that deliver a high-quality learner experience

Project manage programs end-to-end, including project plan creation, execution, and tracking of desired outcomes and results

Manage program logistics and coordination in a hybrid format for virtual and live delivery

Own critical conversations across all levels of leadership and our franchisees ensuring a strong presence and influencing skills

Must have experience in training and facilitation and have a high level of capability

Utilize the Learning Management System (Absorb) and related processes to ensure a consistent and streamlined experience for employees / users

Experience working with a learning management system, preferably Absorb

Experience with leadership development, specifically the design and program management of leadership development programs

Ideally, experience in other areas of HR/Talent and Project Management

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive experience for all participants

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, instructional design or related field preferred

Manage and maintain course enrollments and attendance through the City's Learning Management System - Docebo (branded SurreyLearns).

Provide various administration and coordination activities, including admin for the City's Education Funding program, external facilitator bookings, course materials, catering, etc.

Proven facilitation track record in delivering an exceptional workshop experience to diverse groups within a corporate environment.

Exceptional planning and organizational skills.

Self-driven and committed to professional development and continuous learning, including knowledge of the latest learning and development trends and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and service skills; tactful in dealing with others.

Manager of Development and Capital Projects

Keep building Capital Plans up-to-date and coordinate detailed building assessments such as energy studies as required.

Monitor and produce reports on Pacifica Housing’s building performance and energy benchmarking.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in people and budget management

Experience working in a post-secondary educational setting – preferably at the college level – in an administrative capacity

A minimum of a master’s degree in a related field, such as education or business

Experience in teaching at the post-secondary level

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organizational skills, including managing multiple deadlines and tasks with competing priorities

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of three to five years experience working in a post-secondary institution and/or public sector organization is preferred

Certification in a L&D or training & development program or related field is preferred

Certification in one or more psychometrics (e.g., DiSC) or leadership program (e.g., Situational Leadership) preferred

Lead the project management and scheduling of programs including budget monitoring

Stakeholder management and team leadership

Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.

3 to 10+ years private teaching/tutoring experience with high school level curriculum ideally for a UHNW family

Training or experience in Childhood Learning and/or adolescent psychology

Experience in sales, project management, and/or program management

Experience with content management and learning management systems

Gather and utilize performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the organization

Work in an industry that benefits children, parents and schools

Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement

5+ years’ experience in a learning and development, sales enablement or related position

Coordinate talent management and development programs and research ideas to continuously evolve and improve the content and implementation

Management of employee records, monthly reporting and analytics to highlight trends and story lines to aid informed decision making

Understand organizational priorities and support the roll out of the people agenda for the India Business.

Ensure a seamless information flow by maintaining key trackers (India and Global) that help in global coordination

Partner with the HC business partner in addressing performance concerns and managing performance on an on-going basis.

Support the delivery of learning programs.

Must have strong organizational and time management skills

Evaluate existing training programs, and partner with management team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs

A minimum of 3 years of training and development management, preferably in a retail environment

Develop training programs on identified learning needs to address the competency/skills gap of employees

Manage and maintain in-house training programs and equipment

Assist managers and trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
