Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk Jobs

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Experience with an ERP system is an asset. (MS AX Dynamics).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Receive and process receipts for third-party payments (cash, check, credit card, etc.).

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & DATA ENTRY CLERK

· Experience with Data Entry and routine processing of accounting data

· Good planning and organizing skills and abilities.

Accounts Receivable & Data Entry:

· Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.

· Perform other related administrative finance tasks as required.

2 years’ experience in payment application

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel

An ability to manage time appropriately in order to complete daily tasks

Apply payment through various methods.

Post payments to the G/L

Continuously follows-up including, but not limited to, alerting business partners and management team of accounts with disputed balances;

Preparing, posting, verifying, and recording client payments and transactions related to accounts receivable with utmost accuracy.

Processing client payments in compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.

Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

-Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative/clerical experience including data entry skills; and experience with accounting software.

Requirements of the position include:

3-5 years of Insurance Accounts Receivable experience.

• Prepares and maintains material premium unpaid balance log, with detailed description of collection activity.
