Salary: Salaried, commensurate with experience
Job Responsibilities:
-Greeting callers professionally to provide high quality customer service through inbound/outbound calls and email (no telemarketing or auto dialer)
-Assisting clients with inquiries, interpreting, and explaining information
-Perform data entry tasks, Cash Application in accounting system with high efficiency and accuracy.
-Mailing and other administrative duties in the Accounts Receivable department.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of previous Customer Service experience with the ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
-Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative/clerical experience including data entry skills; and experience with accounting software.
-Excellent telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for listening.
-Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Pharmacy or healthcare knowledge and/or experience is a strong an asset.
-Bilingual (English & French) is a preferred asset.
