Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a team in the Manufacturing sector located in Mississauga.
Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: Mississauga
Industry: Manufacturing

Duration: 12-month contract to start, potential to turn permanent

Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Administrator role in Mississauga, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Reconcile bank accounts, recording and balancing financial information in a variety of ledgers
  • Research and resolve customer A/R issues
  • Maintain cash receipts journal
  • Prepare aging reports
  • Work with clients to solve payment issues; set up payment plans as needed
  • Enter, post and reconcile batches
  • Verify the correctness of documents and codes
  • Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
  • Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
  • Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
  • Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L.
Qualifications
This Accounts Receivable Administrator role located in Mississauga will require the following:
  • Knowledgeable of large ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in full-cycle Accounts Receivables.
  • Experience working in a similar Healthcare industry will be a great asset.
  • Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy.
  • Well-founded grasp of Credit Administration and Credit Application.
