We are assisting with the hire of an exceptional and passionate Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Fraser Valley. The position is primarily in-office with consideration for a hybrid work model post probation. Transit friendly / free onsite parking / central location in Surrey/Langley border.

The position entails a comprehensive range of AR duties on a timely basis. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Company’s AR processes, entering and recording payment information and maintaining customer files.

Requirements

Requirements of the position include:

• Excellent communication and professional personal presentation skills;
• Organizing; planning, and strong customer service orientation;
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures;
• Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism;
• Great attention to detail cannot be overemphasized
• Familiarity with effective accounts receivables collection techniques or a desire and willingness to learn.
• Min. 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar position within a high volume construction environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organization levels, including senior management;
• Works independently and shows initiative;
