Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will leverage their proficiency in invoicing, payment handling, and collection processes to enhance Company cash flow. This position offers a unique opportunity for a committed Accounts Receivable Specialist looking to advance into a supervisory role, as well as for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Supervisor aiming to transition into a role with greater volume, heightened complexity, and various challenges. For those with an additional interest in Payroll, an exceptional opportunity awaits to hone your skills by working with our ADP system.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to


  • Prepare and maintain KPIs for AR aging report including days and aged receivables;
  • Create customer invoices from multiple data sources and investigate discrepancies;
  • Prepare cash flow reports with operational forecasts;
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for Accounts Receivable.
  • Submit invoices and receive payments through external Customer Portals;
  • Collaborate with Business Development to ensure payments are received from challenging customers;

Our Must Haves


  • Certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Accounts Receivable;
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
  • PCP certification or enrollment is considered an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Experience with ERP software (Sage, PeopleSoft, etc.) and will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Customer Portals (Service Channel, BGIS, Ariba etc) will be considered an asset;
